Between the end of long summer days, back to school activities, and your normal work day, it’s a good time to unwind and recharge your body & mind! Here are some ways how:
Try picking one night of the week to completely unplug from your screens. Use the time to take a class, or go to the library.

Walk it Off
Re-connect with nature and take a fall stroll with the beautiful views of the fall foliage. Here are some great options for hiking:

Rally the Girls/Guys
Grab the girls and go to a paint & sip and to dinner, or order a pizza to go, and finish up the night with a movie on the couch! Grab a bottle of wine and or/a tasting at Deer Run Winery or Eagle Crest Vineyards.
Call the guys and grab some craft brews on the Livingston Libation Loop and/or go catch some live music. If weather permits, hit the golf course!
Plan a Mini “Staycay”
Take a night or a weekend to escape. Try a staycation at a Bed & Breakfast, or spend some time in nature at the campground.

Hang with the Kids
Spending quality time with the family is a mood lifter. Take the kids to the park/playground, a festival, or a kids event. If the weather doesn’t permit for outdoor activities, check out our “Indoor Escapes” blog post.
Sweat it Out
Try clearing your head by sweating it out at a gym or take some workout classes such as yoga, or spin.
