Food Preservation 101 – Dehydration

A hands-on workshop to learn about dehydrating fruits, vegetables and jerky. Dehydrating foods is a great way to make snacks and also to preserve a garden’s harvest. Each participant will prepare several different foods to dehydrate. We will run the dehydrators overnight and you can return to the library the following day to pick up your dehydrated goodies.
